When creating a Gamer Profile, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree not to select Gamer Tags that contain hate speech, harassment, vulgarity, or infringe upon third-party trademarks. Accounts with abusive usernames may be renamed or terminated.

3. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy

To preserve the integrity of our global and weekly leaderboards, competitive fair play is strictly enforced. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Using automated scripts, bots, macro recorders, or memory injection tools to manipulate scores.
Exploiting known software bugs or physics glitches to submit illegitimate scores.
Submitting scores that exceed physical game speed limits or rate limit guardrails.

Scores flagged for fair play violations will be disqualified from leaderboards, and repeated violations will result in account suspension.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

All games, leaderboards, and services are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay.
